Shipping Policy
All order ship out either USPS or UPS Shipping times will vary depending on shipping services you choose at checkout. Processing time does not include shipping time, so please factor that in when ordering.
Custom orders can take up to 3 weeks or longer to be processed depending on orders ahead of you, If you are needing items soon please ask about the turn around time before making payment. Rush orders or available Please add rush order listing to fit your needs. All physical orders will include tracking, insurance is optional and available for an extra fee Once items leave my shop I am no longer responsible.

Return & Exchange Policy
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Custom or personalized orders

Custom or personalized digitals that have been approved

Perishable products (like food or flowers)

Digital downloads

Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Hair Accesories
There is no refunds or exchanges on custom items. If at anytime you receive an item that is incorrect please send a picture within 6 hrs of delivery in we will go from there. Unless there is a issue that is my fault there is absolutely no refunds or exchanges on any custom orders.
