Yes Microsoft Publsiher is a paid for software please visit microsoft website to see prices. If you have never owned publisher on your pc you can download it free for 30 days.

Yes I do full and partial set ups

Only items the customer purchased belongs to them. Allo tehr items are being rented (this will be itemizeed in contract) However if you would like to purchase a rented item that may be able to be arranged.
